Cast Iron Stretching Cat Lamp with Amber Tulip Shade

Such a wonderfully unusual vintage lamp featuringa cast iron stretching cat with its tail curving upward to support a hanging tulip-shaped glass shade. The sculptural cat has beautifully textured fur detailing and a dark aged finish, while its amber glass eyes glow when the lamp is illuminated, giving the piece so much personality.

The hanging shade is a rich amber-orange art glass with darker swirled detailing and a softly ruffled tulip edge. When lit, the glass takes on a brilliant fiery orange glow that pairs perfectly with the cat’s illuminated eyes.

A fantastic statement lamp for a bookshelf, side table, desk, or anywhere that could use a little moody vintage character. Especially fun for a cat lover or collector of unusual lighting.

Measurements: Approximately 15” tall.
