Questions

Asked& answered.

How we source, price, pack, and stand behind every lot.

  1. i.

    Are your items authentic antiques?

Yes. Every piece is sourced directly from estate sales across the South. We research and authenticate before listing. If we’re unsure of an item’s origin or age, we say so in the description.

  2. ii.

    Are items one-of-a-kind?

Almost always. The nature of estate-sale finds means most lots are unique — once they sell, they’re gone. If you see something you love, act on it.

  3. iii.

How do you price your items?

We research comparable sales and weigh condition, rarity, and provenance. We aim to be fair — first-apartment collectors and fifth-house decorators get the same price tag.

  4. iv.

    What condition are items in?

We describe every condition honestly in the listing. Most pieces show some signs of age — that’s part of the charm. Notable flaws, chips, or repairs are always disclosed and photographed.

  5. v.

    Do you accept returns?

Because every lot is one-of-one, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

  6. vi.

How do you ship fragile items?

Carefully. Every piece is professionally wrapped with padding, bubble wrap, and a sturdy box. Fragile lots are double-boxed when warranted. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and weight.

  7. vii.

    Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — if you’re in the Nashville area, choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time.
