Beautiful vintage Incolay stone music box featuring an ornate raised cherub and floral relief design in soft blue and ivory tones. Opens to reveal a velvet lined interior with built in music box mechanism. A lovely decorative trinket box perfect for jewelry, keepsakes, or vanity display.
