Ornate Repoussé Silver Plate Footed Pedestal Bowl

Stunning vintage silver plate footed compote bowl with breathtaking repoussé detailing throughout. The deep, rounded bowl rises from a fluted, gadrooned pedestal foot and is lavished with scrolling foliage, ribbon-tied floral garlands, and delicate rosettes worked in high relief, all framed by finely beaded borders.

A true Baroque revival statement piece, the compote glows with a warm gilt-toned interior and a softly tarnished silvery finish that speaks to its age and character.
