Oversized Vintage Solid Brass Duck Bookends Made in Spain

A fantastic pair of oversized vintage solid brass duck bookends, made in Spain. Each bookend is sculpted as an elongated duck head and neck with beautifully modeled facial details and a substantial flared base.

These are exceptionally heavy and impressive pieces, weighing approximately 6 lbs each. Their large scale and weight make them functional enough to support substantial books while also making a striking decorative statement on a bookshelf, console, or library table.

The brass has a warm aged finish with areas of natural patina, surface wear, and variation consistent with age. The bookend retains a MADE IN SPAIN mark on each base.
