A stunning vintage Italian pedestal dish featuring rich black and ivory tones with elegant gold accents. The centerpiece is a beautifully detailed relief medallion scene, framed by ornate scrollwork and hand-painted floral touches, giving it a classic European, almost neoclassical feel. Mid 20th century (1950s–1970s). It is marked on the base: “Cesello 1670 Italy”
